- Addit.Note (1964): Charles Dills (2008-07-14) - Your plant looks a lot like mine that is also blooming now. Except that yours is properly grown and mine is extremely depauperate!
Mine has been said to be Dyckia remotiflora but mine has less than a third as many flowers! Yours is beautiful. Where are you growing yours? - Addit.Note (1964): Rick Martiin Madeira (2008-07-14) - Chas, I'm also very fond of my Dyckia remotiflora its fat leaves and gentle thorns, the way it sends out underground pups, on repotting my pot had several which suprized me. It has yet to flower. Strangely the flowers pictured do have a similarity to my Fosteriana penduliflora though darker and more sparse.
